We will remove the original watermark and replace it with a semi-transparent XN at the bottom corner to claim ownership. You may not crop out the XN. (Ask us for a crop if you need it cropped)

Purchase Non-Watermarked Image
Negotiable - Purchase a 55% scaled image with no watermark for you to use to your liking. (This is not the same as Ownership Rights).

Purchase Ownership Rights
Negotiable - Purchasing ownership rights gives you full access to the original image (MD5 String will be included to define originality & uniqueness of the photo). When you purchase the ownership rights you purchase the rights for JUST that one photo. We will delete that photo from our servers hard drives or our own hard drive as well as any existing watermarked ones on our server after it is provided to you on disk or e-mail. Anybody who has previously purchased the photo will still have ownership of their watermarked photo. (Example: I have sold 5 prints of photo A and sold 3 Single Use Rights and 2 Single use profit rights. You decided to purchase ownership rights of photo A. We sell you the photo and delete all existing copies on our photo album and all existing non-watermarked copies on our hard drives and we no longer sell it again).

We are licensed to collect tax in NEW YORK STATE at an Ulster County tax rate of 8.25% as of July 31st, 2009. tax rates are subject to change. All other states are not required to pay tax.

All purchases are non-refundable of which you must "PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK."
